Purchase Information 

Thank you for your interest in purchasing a basket! I don’t have an online shopping cart system, and appreciate your time in taking the following steps to buy your piece:

• Once you have found an or items you would like to buy on the ‘Available Work’ page, please email me either via this contact form, or at wyldherbalist@gmail.com. Include the name of the piece you are interested in, and a shipping address so I can calculate the shipping costs.  Within the UK I send baskets by recorded next day delivery, and for international orders I use a tracked and insured service. Costs are typically in the region of £12 - £35.

• I will reply to confirm the basket is still available, and send you a sales invoice with my bank details for a bank transfer. I prefer not to use PayPal, and recommend international customers use Wise for direct bank transfers.

• I will wait two working days for the transfer to be sent (unless we arrange otherwise). If I don’t receive payment in the agreed time, I will make the item available for sale to someone else.

• I aim to dispatch your basket within 2 days of receipt of payment.
