During this day workshop you will make a small basket from willow bark and river bulrush. You will learn how to make a check weave base; how to create shape and structure in a basket using bark; twining weave using rush to build the body of the basket; how to finish off a border and make handles. This will be a full and focused day, while we weave and dream into the darkest part of the year.

We will be working in a cosy private home, with refreshments and a warming vegan lunch provided. The venue is easily accessible from Totnes train station, and is a short walk from the town centre.
