This weekend is for women only and will be held in a private home close to Totnes town centre. I will be offering an introduction to basket weaving techniques using soft river rush; these skills can also be used to weave a vast number of other soft plant materials. We will focus on making a small, rounded, lidded pot or similar, and explore the relationship of weaving and crafting vessels with our feminine natures and bodies. We will be hosted in a cosy space with a wood burner and tea and cake provided. The days will run from 10am - 4.30pm.

Suitable for beginners, and those with some weaving experience.

Cost: £145 to include materials and refreshments.

You will need to bring a packed lunch each day.
